My identity has been stolen, i don't have ANY credit cards in my name because I am only 16 but I do have a couple in my moms name but none of them are chase visa.

i am worried that they have charged $$$ and i'm going to be held responsable for paying it.

Have your mom call and cancel it? I dunno, I might not understand the situation. But once I used my mom's credit card to buy some jeans when I went out of town and when I got home I realized I left the card in the ATM machine and she was able to call and get it cancelled so no one could use it.

Edit: Nevermind I think I got what you mean. Do you need to know some information on the card to be able to cancel it?
