Do I eat too much, if I do then how can I cut down?
Here is what I've eaten so far today
Breakfast: One bowl of Oat Crunch with Milk]
Break Time: One lsice of brown buttered toast
Lunch time: Spag Bol
4 - 5 PM: Chewee Cereal Bar
Muler Light Layered Yoghurt
Apple
Dinner:
Shepards pie with Brocollie
Baked aple with custard
6 PM: Muller Rice
Quaker's Seasons
Later Today: Not sure yet
That doesn't look too much to me, if the majority of it was unhealthy it would be bad but as long as that's the sorta stuff you eat most of the time it should be okay.

I'm no expert, but why are you really posting this?
Your snacks and most courses are healthy.

Well maybe they eat a "proper" dinner and lunch? then we're full and dont need to be eating snacks all day?

Well, it depends, I need to cut down so I had.
Breakfast; Weetos, hehe.
Lunch; Ham baguette (Small) with salad and a tiny bit of butter.
Dinner; I'm having curry.
I also had orange oasis today and 2 apple juice cartons at school.
Yours is a bit worse than mine, but, you need to get 2000 cal's a day right?
so don't worry, just eat less fat stuff if you think you eat too much.

research actualy shows people who snack threw the day tend to take in less caloirees (aka eat constanty) than people cram it all in at single meal times, humans were never built for meal times really, from are evolutionary backgrounds, we eat when and where its available, which varies "/
Regaudless neather way is unhealthy, plus males are supposed to take in 2500 and females 2000 cal or what ever it is o.0 I dont listen to it, since if the stuff the gov said about health was true id almost certainly be dead/morbidly obeace (im underweight)

At fitness club, we're going to do our BMIs soon. Even tohugh it isn't the best way to measure fitness, it will give me an indcation.

Your not eating to much at all. When you growin up your body needs more energy and you tend to eat more. I have found this year i have been eating loads more stuff and for some strange reason i have lost weight. Also it looks like your parents are making you paranoid by telling you are eating to much mayb you should have a word with them :D

The food you are eating is fine, most of it is healthy and will just make you better anyway. ;]
If it was
Breakfast - Left over curry
Lunch - Fish & Chips
Snack - 5 Packets of crisps
Tea - Curry
That would be a different conversation altogether, but most of yours is healthy so dont worry :D

Nope, but as long as you dont feel over full and arent eating huge portions then it sounds fine. Also you apetite will vary with the exercise&activities you do daily.
You dont eat too mucha t all, coz everything you eat is a healthy option, doing very well if you're sticking to what you said you eat.
You don't eat too much at all. Assuming you don't eat between meals, you have a VERY good diet :). Best idea is to eat a lot of healthy foods at meal times, and don't snack all the time.

Agreed with those posts.
You are living a healthy lifestyle, as long as that wasnt all junk you are healthy and have nothing to worry about :D.

i think you don't eat that much at all! the foods which you are eating are much healthier than what I eat - e.g i hate brown bread + you are getting fruit etc.!
So don't compare yourself to what other people eat because everyone has different needs and faster metabolisms! =) hope this helps :eusa_danc

To be honest I eat way more than that, and I have more chocolate in my diet than you probably do. However I exercise regularly(like every day) and keep my fitness up.
It doesn't matter how much you eat as long as you exercise enough to not be fat/turn it into muscle. If however you are eating loads and getting really fat, either exercise more regularly or stop eating as much.

God thats barely a meal to me :P. I eat loads :l.
Nope, I dont think you eat too much.
Definatly not, but it looks like you don't have enough protein in your diet and a lot fibre (which is good), try to eat more meat, like a ham sandwhich or something
