anyone fluent in german because my friend made some video about a chin and put it on youtube and found a german site which had it on lol

I'm certain that's not German.. based on the fact that the words are not from the German language. It is most likely Dutch as Brandon said, it might not make sense translated literally, but as most of the words have translated it stands to reason that it is Dutch.
