Following Chaz's post, this could actually mean very very good news for Tussauds indeed.

Im sure nobody knows that Tussuads was previousally owned by DIC (Dubai International Capital) and they didn't care about their attractions, many believe their aim was "To increase value of the park and sell for more"!

Which indeed they have done, Tussauds was sold to them for £800 million, and now it's been sold for £1 billion.

However I shall go on, Merlin Lesiure own Legoland, EVERY SeaLife centre in the world and also The Dungeons, such as.. York Dungeon and London Dungeon..

Which where in theory, now we have established the Tussauds Annual Pass is staying, it means these could be added to it??

Lets get one thing straight, DIC still have 20% share in Tussauds, so they still have limited control.

But Merlin Lesiure have exactly the same thing that DIC had.. And that is;

Alton Towers
Thorpe Park
Madame Tussauds (World wide)
Chessington World of Adventures
Warwick Castle..

Also, Tussauds operate the British Airways London Eye, which Tussauds will continue to do so!

Soooo, I think it's good news.. Discuss!
