that thread like gets proper abused. no matter what type of bad rep you get and request for it to be removed it goes... even if its for a valid reason. no matter what. you might aswell disable bad rep as it gets removed if you report it. if you bad repped someone for being rude it would get removed. ;| proper pointless.

You think that post will stop us from replying? Well your wrong.
And not all bad reps are removed. Only pointless reps and unacceptable bad reps with inappropriate comments.

i've given out bad reps before that had a meaning and were not pointless. i tried repping the person once the post got deleted from the thread and i could rep them again. which means most rep that isn't pointless gets removed still.

When I did it I didn't remove everything. Its possible Wayne just PMs them like I did, you delete it either way just send them a PM explaining why you didnt delete it. So maybe they don't get deleted you just think they do?

When I remove the reputation, I obviously remove the posts from the thread to prevent clutter, this doesn't mean I also remove the reported reputation that the post consisted of. I don't remove all reported reputation, only the ones that are against the rules.

I 100% agree
Im saying no names, but iv noticed 1 not very liked member of this forum, Iv given them a few - reps before for a valid reason. swearing, insulting etc, all they do is post (EVERY TIME)
"date and time" - bad rep received - pointless comment
and EVERYTIME is is removed,
The whole scheme should be looked over.
