Is My house haunted?

Since I've moved into the house I live in 5 years ago I have aways thoughtit was haunted. This is for many reasons mainly fo the things that have happened ( E.G. the DVD player switching its self off) But the main on which can't be explained is when I got poked in my bedroom when I was alone at home. I also have done some reasearch and found out the houseing estate I live on was built on old farm land. I also get a very eerie feeling when alone downstairs at night. I was looking at some photos taking over christmas they all contain orbs. Alot of paranormal (sp?) experts think these orbs are a sign of paranormal activity. I also found in pictures with people in it have more orbs than ones without. Below is a picture I found with no people in it with an orb:

This picture was taken at night so its not the sun or light causing the picture to go weird

I've found loads of pictures with these orbs in surely all of our photos couldn't have gone weird have I found proof my house is haunted whats your opinion?

May very well be my old house was haunted im sure we could hear people banging the stairs and also people snoring we also saw something move the chair across the kitchen floor when we were eating at christmas odd.

I dont live there anymore though that was a while back

I'd imagen some people will not beleive it, fair enough.

I think there might be something... this girl at my old school did a weegie board (spelt quidggie or something :S) and she said she got a bruse in the shape of a 12. then she said she gets freaked out and something is in her... or some crap. I laughed. Then, at 12 at lunch, she started crying like crazy. And she had to go see the vicar or something.

So yeah, might be something.

Its just dust on the lens or light reflection, but cant explain the poking, perhaps its you being paranoid coz you think your house is haunted and you imagine things.

Lmao. But still, since you think it's haunted everything is amplified. A simple knock could be seen as a ghost or whatever. Because you believe it, you look for these things, however small just to prove you're right.

You havn't done any research on ghosts recently have you as this happened to me ounce when researching ghosts for homework. i got parenoid but i have seen many pictures like this and i belive you i would start talking about moving i would be freaked out by now. I can hunestly say you most proberly were poked. Maybe your parenoyed maybe your not but id look into it more.

As you personally believe your house is haunted, every little event which takes place will be erratically amplified in your mind. For some reason, don't ask me why :P, when we worry about something - such as hauntings - our minds trick us into thinking simple minded things are in relation to our fears.

It is a bit strange about the picture, but like said - it could just be due to dust or something. If it is dust on the lense, then it would explain the rest of the pictures also being in the same way.

I think it would be useful if you could post more of these pictures to we get a further developed idea about it.

I do believe in ghosts myself, but I know exactly how over-reacting and how silly little things can make a person feel due to their own paranoia.

But like people say, nobody knows about ghost related things, like we know about space etc...

its called a droplet of snow which has landed on the lens.

Just to note, the orb you see in your photos shows you need to clean your lens as theres a smudge on it(possibly snow drop/dust), not really much to do with ghoasts.

why do you think that? ghosts could be real, they haven't proven to be or not to be. and most likely we'll never know.
