Hey I Dono If This Been Posted B4 But I Been Using RadioDaddy.Com For Free Voice Overs For Quite Abit. All You Do Is Go To The Site And Register Post A Request For A V/O But I Would Read Rules On Postsing 1st. Its Pretty Good As These Are Proffesionals Who Do The V/O But Sometimes Takes Quite Long To Get A Responce And Some Of The Voices Are Bit Wierd Lol But Part From That All Good :P
