Ok at about 3:50pm Today we were on our way home from school
dis lad threw a stone at the bus as a mess around missed and
i spat.. but missed him so he got another stone and threw it at the bus and smashed a window..

I was wondering if i would get in trouble for spitting but not hitting him..

2) Bus Company Is
3) Council Is

As all 3 could be contacted :D Thats what we were told when there was a condom at the back of our bus.

Company- Said wait for another bus and the repair van will be here soon

You may have provoked the person who threw the rock that actually smashed the windows so to be honest you might get punished if the guy who did it claims you provoked him. :(

Whenever Im walking home theres always some people in the buses that stick their fingers up at you. We just lob sweets at them (the sweets come from our resident ice cream man, who sells legendary 50p mixes [theres always some fat ******* who buys one every day], just a huge mix of sweets in a big bag. On average only half of the bag ever gets eaten, the rest are usually thrown lol.), never stones though.

lol what happened on the way home from school is the year 11s were bunderling and cause they were at the back it was much easier to land on the window and then next thing the window just fell out lmao the bus driver didnt no bout it until 20 minutes after even the other people where sort of shouting it out and when we got into town the police were called lol

Well when I was in school they classed spitting at someone as provoking them, but as he threw the rock first then he will get in the most trouble.
Your teachers will probably say something like "Well you shouldn't have spat at him back, then he would not have thrown another rock and we would not have to pay for a new window."

So it could be dumped onto you.
