And before you ask, this isn't a repitative post, it's an addition to Evo's great find ;)

The owner, Dreamwalker, is the Secuirty Manager at .ch. The dogs ARE scripted, but as he is staff, he has permission etc to do so. the dogs will NOT be appearing in the catalogue at any stage, and are NOT v7 furni.
