[HTML] Help! Im confused!

Hi, ive started to make a new layout for my website, but i dont know how to fix this problem.

the prob is that the text is to close to the edge of the sticky, the code for the sticky is:

I want to help, but when you take the coding and paste on frontpage it comes up as the code on non-HTML and the preview?

Retry the coding, and i'll try again. My help is just put a few spaces infront of the lines.. it gets them slightly more in but it works :)

ive fixed prob now :)

If you fixed the prob, it doesnt really matter, but id have suggested adding a few px of padding to the tables to stop the text getting so close.
