I think it is good for just an 'Uploading Site'. Very basic which makes it easy for others to use. I think the design should be a little better but good job for now. The banner should be right over the top of the main content, looks nicer then.

Right anyway, I hate Preset colours, NEVER use them!!! (Apart from black and white).

Why shouldnt you? The second preset orange is actually very nice.

4/10 its not all that bad the slogan runs in to the text in the header and the use of colours isn't amazing. With some work it could be allot better. Good luck and well done anyway for a quite job it isn't too bad.
