Needing a Forum Manager

Hello, Im needing a forum Manager who:

Can make a Forum Skin to match HabboBank.Com
Who can use FTP untill I gaim there trust
Knows AdminCP V Well
Can be on the forum at least daily
Has good problem solving skills
Can check VIP email every 1-2 Days (For SMS)The forum is the Offical Forum and can be found at www.habbobankforum.net
I wd do it, but after doing so many forums, I just cba rofl (naa, have to sort out the site)
