New sticker/badge

It looks like a cross between a hc badge and a habbo staff badge but its in the sticker directory.
Maybe there are mods for habbo homes and this is there badge?
Or maybe you get this sticker if your habbohome has been in a habbohome spotlight?

on topic: Even though theres the it_ at the start of it all the hotels have the same database so any hotel could use it? Like the CNY badge was S10 but lots of other hotels used it.

No, it is for IT only.
All hotels have the same database - that doesn't mean all of them will use it.
And as for the S10 - It doesn't mean SG10... (Meaning the 10th badge for habbo.sg)
Because after XX9
You get XXA

As in the NLA and CAA badge codes.
