Heres mine, there is a readme in the ZIP,

It includes these files:

album.png = for use while the display picture is uploading so it doesn't error.
config.php = configuration file so you don't have to go through the code.
name2.php = XML parser.
README.txt = readme.
sig33.png = template.
test2.php = signature creator.
TREBUC.ttf

The problem with giving this script out is that it takes forever for most people to work out how to use it :P

You install the Status2FTP plugin for WLM plus and it does this for you.
