I noticed that I wasn't infracted during my caution, maybe you don't get infracted during a caution. Maybe Moderators have the power to send Private Messages no matter whether you/the system has disabled it.

Edit: Yeah, you can still recieve private messages of mod's. - theres an option in UserCP that asks you whether you want to disable private messaging or not. Moderators must be able to send PM's dispite whether you've disabled it or not.

Even if your PM system ios disabled Moderators can still PM you.

Hey, ban reasons can always be viewed by trying to do something your situation prohibits, such as attempting to edit your profile.

You can view your latest 5 Infractions/Warnings in your User CP. As for PMs, Moderators can't send them to banned users, although I believe Administrators and Super Moderators can.

I swear in Admincp you can enable it for Mods?

You can only do it so that MODs can send people PMs when the person their sending the PM to inbox is full.

me thinks.

Just to clear this up, it is possible to enable Moderators to send messages to cautioned users in ACP, however we opt not to do it (I think). The only reason infraction PMs get through is because the moderator does not manually do it, it is through a system and I think the system is allowed to override the restrictions.

And you lose PM privileges because you are being punished basically :P
