I need a whole website

Making, ive got hosting and stuff i just need a whole website
What it needs
1. A radio page where people send in requsts and look at the time table
2. A page where people can buy clothes and kinda have a basket system
3. A contact us page
4. A page about Promotion

It needs all that really

Thing is, you'd need a hell of a lot of money for someone to code one.

my brother creates sites like that for £100+ as they are hard codeing

Very simply, you could just buy a layout, then use PayPal for your shopping cart needs, a radio panel for requests and a .HTML page for the promotion page.
