Look earlier today, the 11 march, i was with my friend in garden at around 9pm, and I was throwing some old cds around as frisbees. I threw it and it went wrong, the minuite it left my hand I knew there was going to be an accident. A second later, SMASH, I heard a window go in. It was several cds tied together. Me and friend ran in really quickly, and went out later to see if its broken. I saw a smashed window and a woman and a police officer round. I am so scared, havent told mum and im worried incase they do fingerprint search on the cd. Please help me, can I get arrested, should I tell my mum or someone? Please??

I don't understand why you would throw CD's around your garden... have you honestly got nothing better to do with your time? :S

Anyway - if you get in trouble you've no-one to blame but yourself. I think you should use this as a lesson and don't do such a silly thing again - as obviously it was going to have some sort of negative repercussion.

I highly doubt the police would finger-print the CD's, simply because they have a lot better things to do with their time and it won't prove much as basically anyone could have their hands on them. If you wern't seen, then it's unlikely you'll get caught.

However, there is a chance you could and your mum could find out. If you do, your mum will have to pay for the damage caused.

If you want to be a man about it I think you should own up to your mum. Tell her exactly what happened. Surely she would respect you more for telling her the truth so she was aware that something could come out of it. Explain to her that you completely regret doing it and never will again, and hope that she'll see the goodness in your honesty in owning up.

I doubt they will finger print a broken window..And they can only find out if you have your fingerprint in there system. Stay away from them. Dont go near the house. But its the right thing to do to pay for the window because its not their fault they have to pay for it because you did it...But..i probably wouldnt come front either..unless they confronted me.

For the people saying im making everything up. Your wrong, very wrong. I just have a life where I do what I feel without thinking. I have never mentioned taking drugs, whatever gave you that idea.
