Actually no it's not. It's a seperate animation therefore it didn't appear with the copy & paste of the banner. :)

As you can see in the thread he included the button on the image, showing us the image and button has changed.

Edit: Ahhh I see what I did. The first guy took a screenie but further down, someone copied & pasted just the image. For some reason I remembered that and forgot about the screenie.
