'Clan' badges.

Somebody was saying that in V13, there's badges called 'Clan' badges that you buy. Is this true?

10 credits to create the group , only the owner of the gorup / creater will get the badge , here is the tool to make the badges:

Group members of the clan don't get any badge?
Once a badge is generated, will the design be removed so no 2 groups will have the same badge?

This is a really stupid idea. Because, the forming of clans and badges is just plain stupid. The forming of clans, will cause FOMO, as you'll have people not being able to go into a clan because of how they dress and things like that. And, they're could also be arguements over badge designs, as a few clans may have badges that look alike.
