Paying for a website

Ok,Well im looking to buy a site and i need a system made and the WHOLE site made,I want a system where you can add items,How much they cost then when you click ok it adds it to the site.
I only want a admin usergroup.
I also want when your admin to be able to change pretty much the whole site,The banner remove items all that.
Im willing to pay £30 for this.

Theres loads of free one around the web, wont they do, all you have to do is skin them.

if you mean something along the lines of amazon, but on a much smaller scale, it does sound complicated, though if anyone has the skills to do it then good on them :]

im in the middle of designing a site with a similar purpose, though if all goes well it could well end up expanding to an amazon-like site.

where possible i will be creating and designing it myself, though i may need help with certain aspects of it.
