Im not sure if this will work but in the upload folder there is another one called sb in there is a vbshout.html if you add an image to that it may work sorry if thats not right

To do this.

Go Into Edit Templetes > ForumHome > ForumHome_vbshout.

Find:

<div id="vbshout" style="overflow:auto;height:{$vboptions['shout_box_height']}px;width:100%;">

Replace With:

<div id="vbshout" style="overflow:auto;background-image: url(Put Background Image Link Here); height:{$vboptions['shout_box_height']}px;width:100%;">

It should work then.

Update to the latest vb shout version
