Ok ive never attempted to code a layout and was bored so attempted it here it is
Please don't bad comment its first ever attemp

If you got frontpage, double click the border on iframe and click off show border if u dnt wnt border and then right click jus out side the frame and go to cell properties and change the colour to blue or w/e it you want it, so its not white

Well in the iframe you can oviesly change to
<body bgcolor="#ffffff"> or what ever when yuour making the pages.
