my habbo girlfriend wanted to make a new account and she clicked that shes younger than 11 (she is 10) and she cant make a new account now

how long does she have to wait till she can make a new account? i clicked that im younger than 11 to see what happens and i cant now either (im 23 so im old enough to make an account)
