Feathers F2P?

Where is the best place to buy feathers in F2P? I was think lummy chicken place but i wondered if theres anwhere better and how much to f2p players sell em for usually?

Official forums. I bought loads when I was fly fishing, 10gp each. But i'm not so sure if they're lower. People always have stupid amounts :)
