Ideas For Layout

Ive made a new layout for my site, i have had it on the web for about 2 weeks (Go to www.hab-house.co.nr (http://www.hab-house.co.nr) to see it), I am going to make a new menu for it because the one at the moment dont look very good, is there anyother things that need improving about the layout?
