How long on an exercise bike is a good amount to do daily to lose some weight?

30mins. do other exercises aswell tho.

Yeah thats about right , although if you work out alot at first and you weigh yourself you will have gained weight. The muslce that is being made is more dense than fat which means you weigh more :]

try doing sit ups/crunches n stuff like that aswell..

in my opinion, push yourself to the max for good excercise dnt put no time limit on it:)

30 mins, and right eating, will loose really much, atleast I did :)

i do my paperround on my bike for about 30 mins a day. i feel much more healthy then b4 i did my paper round.

2 hours exerciese a day i think is good XD

i do:
30 mins bike
50 mins Rugby
60 mins football
