I have no idea what this is or how it happened. But I logged in yesterday after school and it's been like it since :( I've tryed reloading Habbo, shockwave and my PC.
I can still use Habbo as normal.

I think it has something to do with External Texts as I can't find that file anywhere on Habbo's server.
Any help appreciated. Will +Rep if i can.

Just clear your cache and cookies, temp internet files etc then they should work. If not, its just that your ISP is busy, just wait. The reason why its like that is because the connection between Habbo and your computer is half broken.

Yep, as he said, your connection isnt full and cannot keep up with the information the server is sending so it appears like that..
Wouldnt your Habbo be laggy?
Because you mentioned that you use habbo normally still..
If its your internet in all, unplug your router + internet modem. Turn off your computer. Leave them all off for 10 minutes. Plug them back all in and turn them on. Make sure nothing is lose..
If its still slow, contact your isp.
