I hate carpet gripers
This morning at 7 i was walking up the stairs
we decorating so now carpet.
I sliped and my toe hooked on the carpet gripper
and its sliced straight through my toe
blood was everywhere, its was pouring out of my toe
i have a 4 inch cut down my toe and i cant walk

you had any bad experiences with carpet grippers?

Slipped on the stairs when their was no carpet laid just the grippers, went into my feet, bum and back, was agony :(

Eugh, I cringed too, that's disgusting. My friend had a house party a few years ago and it was hardly decorated, there was carpet grippers everywhere and everyone went home with holes in their feet. I, being the perfect being I am, didn't step on one once.

Well we were getting a new carpet down last week, and I kept standing on them in the morning. :(

It was always jaggy and sore, but only ever peirced my skin once... Rofl I always forgot they were there so just went pure trampling down the stairs haha. :p

Yeah, I stood on one, didn't realise and went to pull my foot back because I thought it was like a pin or something - Then I realised the bottom of my foot was hooked to it, and I ripped it to like 3 inches and it was bleeding loads for ages.. I didn't know my body had that much blood, lmao.
