I just made this in MS Paint, didn't take long.
It's not that good, I dont like it.
But rate it -/10 and C&C please. <3

I wouldn't use a pixel-style layout for a hosting company, even if it wos habbo-related
Your navigation is way to 'inviseble', your navigation has to stand out, it is the one thing people need to surf arround on your website.
Same with the main box text and plan-box titles, they blend in to much with its background.
I would say have a look arround on templatemonster for some hosting designs, and ignore their 3D servers images, then think about your own design all night, and even draw some sketches, tommorow you could start fresh on something that 'who knows' might turn out to be a very pro-style design.
