What layout to choose?

Hey!

I am re-opening my old fansite and I have two layouts. Im not too sure which one to go with so I need some help deciding!

Or

So, What do you think?

It's close for me......

Unless you can get the tabs on layout #1 to slide in and out on mouseover then use #2.
