Ok I need some opinions on what site i should make.

I currently have the same script templatemonster is using but I'm having trouble integrating it. So i would need a new system. like a usersystem but with a templateposting feature that would display 'posted by ..user..' (much like a tutorial system i guesse)

Make a script, where you put templates up from Template Monster etc from different countries and people vote out of say, 4 and the winner [whichever country s/he's from] will get points for their country.

Would't work, the USA would just win all the time if the site became popular because they have the most web designs.

But wouldn't it be interesting to see what countries come 2nd, 3rd etc.

Maybe USA will win but it'll be interesting to see other countries.
