Why dont you concentrate on proving habbox wrong in getting rid of you instead of posting all these threads/posts? you had people who were on your side but now they are changing their opinion.

Some of the staff named in the recent threads/posts quit and not fired then ended up getting banned for coming back and causing trouble.

Im going to back out of this thread before I get deeper in the hole and can't dig out.

I find the way Habbox is managed is way off track and its basicly a dictatorship like he said. But just like Cuba, you can't walk in and change it.

to true, back when i was manager at least 3 staff members got fired for suggesting habbox should get a new layout o.0 probably alot more, i orignaly nearly lost my WD job for it, although got saved by 8freak, who ive personally never had a problem with.

Most opinions get people banned here, its why most the decent members no longer use the forum and the majority always made up by a combination of noobs and braindead robots o.0

When I say management I mean 8Freak8 and Sierk. They tend to frown upon new layouts because it takes ALOT of work and if the site goes down or things go wrong, they will lose people. Simple as that :P

I belive the "old" habbox layout was made by sirek, it was basicaly a copy of the one mizki made, but without rounded corners.
The current one, is just a commonly seen Mambo layout. I think they made the switch as 8freak8 (who in my time with any experience of what happened management wize, did absolutely everything, ended up getting fed up of it, and quick for short time) probably requested it as a condition for is comeing back since its one hell of alot easyer to manage "/ Also means they dont need to bother with a webdesign team anymore.

I had a person lined up to take all of it over but it wasnt moving as fast as I needed it to so i pulled the plug on it all and deleted everything as i quit habbo and have only just returned after 11 months away ;)

If we did make a new layout, I think some would still complain. Some of the most popular sites in the world are very very basic (white background + black text). Opinions always differ so its impossible to keep everyone happy ;).

Yeah I do agree our Joomla layout is a bit... meh. I would love to have a layout like allhabbo.com but a bit better, but I don't have the time to make it. I hired Flumples (HabboMeadow Owner) to make Habbox a layout, but he resigned. It will just have to wait I think.

Also all the support staff on the forum side such as Wayne, Dan and the mods. On the other side there are some really hard working managers and support staff.
There are loads of dedicated people past and present who have been good for Habbox. :D I love to see members who really don't know a lot about what tireless work goes on behind the scenes just pinpointing out staff and making sweeping statements with very little knowledge.

I totally disagree, there are much more popular fansites than ClubHabbo, HabboRemix for one, AllHabbo is also growing fast. ClubHabbo is popular because of the leg up that SkaterChu give to it, when he started putting the URL in his popular "Habbo School" rooms. Habbox had no such rooms are was put about by word of mouth. No disrespect to SkaterChu because he's a fantastic guy, but that's how I see it. Habbox would not collapse, since 90% of traders still use the values we give :).

I agree with some people in this thread, all this is getting pretty tiresome now. If people were that bothered about Habbox apparently being a "dictatorship", then they wouldn't bug managers every hour of the night and day to find out when job applications will next be open.

Yes, sometimes the acts of management members are somewhat, unpresidented, but every single member of the management team are 100% committed to making Habbox a better place, some just go about it differently than others.

I prefer to get on friendly terms with all my staff, and bring myself down to their level and I find that it makes a really good relationship and that a lot of good work gets produced. Other managers find it more effective to be a little more forceful with their staff, and produce the same amount of good work.

Everybody is different in all but aims.

He does alot for Habbox, but it's mostly behind the scenes which is why you don't witness it first hand.

Don't get me wrong but ClubHabbo is a great fansite it just mainly gained more hits/visits/listners when ThinkHabbo Closed, as most of the staff got offered jobs there. And of course the popularity of the Owner SkaterChu & His Famous Schools! :] once again no disrespect to ClubHabbo at all myself having being a member of the team for a short while.

When I used to work for Habbox I seen how the Habbox Staff work, well in one department especially but damn I have never seen such a hard-working bunch of blokes and blokettes, really if you have the cheek to criticise the Habbox staff and what they do then you'd best see what they do behind the scenes and I assure you that you wouldn't be able to compare it to any other fansite. Ever. Before I left my department I seen a report which 8Freak8 written up himself, a rather important report actually. You could see how much effort he put into that report and how much time it would've taken him, if you'd have seen what he had written then you'd have seen the guy that he is; A hard-working guy who always has time for everyone else but yet never seems to care about himself, he's a people person and always will be in my opinion.

But hey, your choice isnt it.. But if I were you, I wouldn't judge the way Habbox staff operate in the public without seeing how much work they do. :) Plus Adzeh, I agree with what you said about "going to other peoples levels", much enjoyment from random conversations haha. :P

Figure it out yourself? If it wasnt for Habbox people would be buying Mochas for 20 HC's. Habbox Rare Values are just, a guide. You don't got to follow them! It's mostly a guide, I do that. I just look what around it cost's and use it. Stop complaining mate, and if you don't like the site then give it up and don't visit it!

I never, ever thought Habbox was a good site! Just from the rumours, as I was wrong. When you come on this forum, you relise what a great site it is. It's amazing! Hard working staff. I was wrong, and hope never to do it again!
