the best british team is liverpool. fact.

Im sorry i have to disagree with you.. the best way to see who is the best team in ENGLAND is to see who is winning the league.. *Coughs* United, and to be honest there form of late is great aswell..

i know... i said the best way to see who was the best in england was the premiership theres not really a good way of comparing english teams to the rest of britain hence why i said it...

True true to kaixx. Anyway champions league depends on the draw u get as you can get to about the 1/4 finals without a world class team being beaten by you

LOL your obviously not a real football fan if you think liverpool fluked it through the 2005 campaign.
i completely get what jamie has said, about history which to be frank was NOTHING like what you came out with, you were talking about flukes, nothing about history.

I support Middlesbrough, but I would have to say, hmm..
Liverpool (Don't know why, I think they are awesome at the moment). However, watching United play against Bolton was inspiring!

you can maybe luckily fluke your way to the CL quarters, or even semis, but you can't win it without being a great side, especially with livepool being 3-0 down at half time and all that. it took tremendous spirit to pick themselves up after that.
