Sulake relocate to Reading?

I was browsing the government website www.companieshouse.gov.uk (http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk) and did a quick search on Sulake UK Ltd.

Their registered office has changed to:

The offices could still be in London but officially this is their registered UK office.
It's close. To me =]

Actually the Sulake office is Berkshire/Reading like you've said, Phil Guest (new country manager from AOL) will work there etc. Habbo Offices is in Islington (London).

Sulake offices and Habbo Offices are different.

Well it makes sense - one in reading being Sulake UK Ltd., whereas the one in the BDC is Habbo Ltd.

When did the Habbo staff move to the BDC? Around 2004 maybe, after which time the Reading offices became Sulake UK offices (hence the listed name change)? *Shrugs*

I think I saw one person briefly research it by visiting one site... and the rest is speculation. It'd also class it as trivia - I don't care, nor do many other people; but it does not make you a "nerd" for knowing it. If someone wants to find out about a business, why not leave them alone and let them? Habbo has been one of the most successful businesses of recent years, so I'm not surprised some people show interest.

Oh, and staff have had better scandals to laugh about on here...

They must already be IN Reading as they must keep the information up-to-date for legal reasons. It's their registered office so they could still be in the BDC. Reading is near London, near Heathrow.

I thought all of these worldwide issues were handled in the Finnish headquarters?

But. The registered office of Sulake UK for their financial accounts in 2005 was Reading. Even their Registered Auditor & Chartered Accountant is in Reading. He signed it June 2006.

Anyway.
