Habbo Idea - Habbo Based Design Website (if you can design) or Habbo Tutorials site.

Non Habbo Idea - Collection of random Games, video clips and pictures or an add-on building website (for applications).

I could provide more ideas if I knew what you are good at and to what extent but they were some random ideas that came off the top of my head. :)

The tutorials buts sounds good, +rep, I thought of doing that before, but providing more services for fansite owners too.
I'm now giving it serious thought, but, I'm still open to more ideas :D
