why dont you check the goals/achievements forum.... even better, run a search of his username in that forum, and look at all the goals he set himself, but NEVER COMPLETED A SINGLE ONE OF THEM

maybe when he actually sticks to a goal hes set himself and completes it, he'll get some respect.
