Ok have you ever been hacked and they are taking all your stuff and you have no idea what to do. Well i have made this tutoril to help you out. It goes through step by step on how to retrieve a new password. Simple and east to use. Hope it helps.

Step 1
Go to the help tab and click contact us. After this, click habbo help tool. This will then open a pop-up.

Step 2
Select habbo and click proceed

Step 3
select the button Email Us in the bottom left.

Step 4
Enter your information. This is the email address tht you registered with. It MUST be activated to work. Click proceed

Step 5
Go to the drop down menu and select i've forgotten my password, then clik proceed

Step 6
Select Yes if you are sure that you have enetered it correctly. click proceed

Step 7
Enter the date of birth that you registered your habbo with. This is so they know that it is you trying to get the new password. Click proceed.

Step 8
Make sure you ahve run anti-virus checks and then click proceed. This will send a new password to your email address

Step 9
Retrieve the new password and log in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This stops the scamming straight away.

Step 10
Make sure you change your password so you do not forget it but do not change it to the same one

Here is a slideshow showing exactly what to do. :)

No one listens. They think Help Tool = Long Wait. Its not true, they've hired new staff to deal with this
