Yuuh i bought an Ipod off ebay and its stil got ll the blokes detils. Ive put my songs and shait on it but how do i change the name? I dont want an ipod named Tommy...

That can be done on iTunes by right clicking on it or something just try it ;)

plug the ipod in, then at the side where it says "tommys ipod" double click it, then when the text thing change it to w/e you want it to be called.
