I've just installed Flight Simulator 9 and forgot how to get rid of the 'Full Screen'. could anyone tell me how to please?

Press ALT, Press Views deselect Full screen.

Now another problem. :(

I've downloaded Sqwuackbox, but when I try to connect the Server Drop-down list is blank and I cannot select Europe-N to connect to. :( What should I do?
