And Fush takes command!
Some of you guys will know Elkah, our resident pixel pusher. What a lot of you don't know is that Elkah lives aboard a mysterious ship in the ocean called The Walrus. The Walrus is actually a disused Russian tanker, so it's perfect for storing tonnes of pixels. He uses this vessel to travel between all of the Hotels near Australia such as Singapore, Japan and China. Stopping at each Hotel, dropping off some pixels and moving on to the next stop.
A while ago I started worrying about Elkah's sanity. He's been out there all by himself, just Elkah and the fish. I was so concerned, I started taking these trips with him. Out on the open ocean we sail with our standard issue Yobbo approved beanies on our heads. This is the reason for Fraggle's mysterious absence at some of the big Hotel events in recent times. "Ah ha" I hear you say, as it all falls into place.
So anyway, I've been hanging out with the SG staff, the JP staff and even the China staff on our little trips. So back at Habbo HQ in Finland, Ione said "Hey Fraggle, how would you like to be the Regional Thingy Guy? It would mean you could stay on the high seas with Elkah!". And I was all like "Tops! I'd totally love to be a Thingy Guy and keep sailing around with Elkah and stuff".
Meanwhile, back at Habbo AU; I've been leaving Fushi in charge of all things Community. She's been looking after the Hotel's safety and letting the Mods out of their cages when they have a dinner break. In fact, she's done such a good job that Yobbo and I thought Fushi should be the Community Manager for Habbo AU full-time! So after over two long years, I'm passing the torch over to Fushiku. *Watches fireworks*
From here on, if you want to discuss bans - talk to Fushi. If you want to ask about Mods - talk to Fushi. If have a problem with credits - talk to Fushi. Then she'll tell you to "use the Habbo Help Tool" lol.
It's been fun guys. I've really enjoyed looking after this Hotel. I hope I've taught you guys some stuff, and there are a few of you who definitely taught me some stuff lol. But I'm not gone for good, you'll no doubt find me wandering the Halls of one of the Hotels I've mentioned above when I'm not at sea. So thank-you Habbo AU and if anyone would like to purchase a few tonnes of pixels at rock bottom prices... er, well hello there Elkah... Me? Oh nothing... just writing my shopping list... You know, milk, bread, M&Ms... Keys to the pixel holds? No, no idea... Sorry... Yeah, yeah I'll, um, catch you later up on the deck... *cough* Um... So anyway...
Congrats Fushi! You're gonna make a great Community Manager! And if you see The Fush around the Hotel be sure to congratulate her!
