Well lately my hands have been really acting up by keep turning blue even though im not even cold? they've also started to go really dry and cracking into little sores. Also i've noticed that along my left side my joints & bones are rather visable yet my right is fine? Not too sure why so yea...
The blueness may be circulation i think.

you might have chilblain in your hands, it makes them turn blue/purple, and they get really itchy and dry and sorta swell up. not to sure what's making your bones more visible though.

They dont really swell up but like you can see 70% of my veins going really blue & stuffs. Think the bone problem is my cerbal palyse cos i had physio (sp?) accessment a weak ago and she looked quite worried. Doesnt really bother me, its just the going blue bit.
