Well, i coded a layout for BILLY and he paid me but i didnt say he could sell the coded version, and then he closed his site wich i coded the layout for and now hes saying on the site "Selling FULLY CODED layout" - Can i take action against this?

Unles you created tha layout too I dont think so.

Well - if he made the layout and then you coded it and he paid you then technically unless you specified otherwise then he can sell it if he so chooses. EULA's (End User License Agreement) are always a good idea no matter what you are selling.

Eg. I customized my DJ Panel for "said site" and then the owner says "since were shutting down...." and he says he will edit the dj panel minorly and then sell it - but its my free dj panel and i coded it (but i was smart and gave out a eula with the script) so i pointed out that what he wanted to do was illegal and threatened to contact his host and domain provider and get his site shut down, so he stopped and didn't :)
