erm..
You're tuned in to DJ (insert name) on (insert site) stay tuned get inviting get the listeners up for a comp and get your requests in. All that jazz. You could say what's coming up basically just pretend your DJing but don't write it down and read it else it won't sound natural

as long as you have a clear voice and your mics loud enough it's fine

Obviously sound recorder records the stuff that goes into ur mic IE. your voice. If you have the music playing loud on the speakers then it should pick it up on the microphone..
