My friend made two names, yesterday, hade HC on one, furni on the other. He forgot his passwords later that night. Now whenever he tries getting it by email it wont send it, it's not in the spam folder either. Btw - He uses AOL

It would help if you put it under the right catagory. Anyways, if you have lost your password, write to Habbo about it. Use the contact Us function. Don't expect a reply by tomorrow as it's a day off from Offices. Supply the correct details and you'll get your account back.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have an AOL email address then your junk mail filter will probably reject our response, and you will not receive a reply. We advise you get another email address if you need to contact us.

As it says AOL address probably won't work, thats why your pass won't be getting sent to you.

You can use the GSC form (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact/) and explain your problem, you'll have to give some details eg your ISP (internet service provider) e-mail, date of birth etc to verify you are the actual owner and they should issue you with a new password, this may take 3 or more days though..

In the future I recommend you don't register Habbo accounts using AOL email addresses, as you can see it causes problems! :)
