In the past 2 years or so i broke my finger about 5 times and now i can hardly bend it at all. It has a huge lump on it as u can see below. Its hard for me to write and do lots of stuff. I was thinking about getting surgery. I will most likely break it again so im not sure. The docter said it will be like this forever if i dont get surgery
Please help

if it hurts and bothers you then i'd see your doctor about getting it sorted, it doesn't look too healthy!

I'm confused as to why you're contemplating this, what's the negatives of having surgery?

I break it again and pretty much waste alot of money. I play lots of sports and im not sure if its worth getting surgery then breaking it again. I should just get it amputated lol

I'd say get the surgery. You've got nothing to lose but your time.

ooo you need that sorted, ask a doctor if its really necessary to have surgery on it:D
as some1 said get it free on the NHS
no point in getting surgery on fingers if u have 2 pay for it. mine are messed up and i brake them and my knuckles regularly and thers nout they can really do.
if ther doin it on the nhs [which i doubt cos its nt that bad] u may aswel bt thers no point otherwise
I'd say get the surgery. You've got nothing to lose but your time.
And if you're unlucky, you're finger.

I broke my arm 3 times in 2 years. I had to have it reset. What the hospital are most likley to do is put you to sleep and break your finger again and then put the bone back together. For me it was heled within 3 weeks.
Get well soon!

I think you should, I mean, If it's bothering you, then. Yeah. Good luck.
does it even cost to have surgery?

Surgery wont hurt.
And you can ask them to put you to sleep but you wont need to because its not that painful. And will last 1hour or above maybe even below
