Well, yes, there is another guide. But now it's not only for Public Rooms. So here goes.

Now there's currently 3 dragons released. The Gold Dragon, the Green Dragon, and now the Red Dragon. It's important to know the following about the release:

This dragon was accidently released in the France Habbo Hotel (www.habbohotel.fr) following the release of Version 7.

Color: Gold
Name: Lampe Dragon dorée
Name in English: Lamp Dragon Gilded
Description: Elle réchauffe l'atmosphère!

This dragon was released as a rare in the Sweden Habbo Hotel (www.habbohotel.se)

Color: Green
Name: Skogsdragon
Name in English: Skogsdragon

This dragon was released at the United Kingdom Habbo Hotel (www.habbohotel.co.uk) in celebration of St. George's day. St. George was a Saint who, legend is, slayed a dragon by stabbing it under its wing where there were no scales. So the Habbo Staff claimed to "steal a bunch of Fire Dragons from Helsinki" and released them in the catelougue as a Rare for 25 credits. However, it'll only be avalible over the weekend.
