Next-Next gen consoles

I am wondering what would you like in Next-Next gen consoles as in 8th gen consoles i would like :
Them sensor things like virtual reality [sensor sticky pads]
Cheaper
Customisable things [Cover(The whole cover when you pre-order),Features you want on it(Custom,Reccomended,All)]

Hmmm, not sure. I think the Wii was the last console to be released by Nintendo, but I doubt this is true.

Well seeing as the wii's selling pretty good at the moment Nintendo's probably clued in.

Anyway, i'd persoanlly like a console that the developers don't show a load of stuff that they "think" the console will be able to do, and is affordable at launch

No way! Nintendo is making way too much money. Why would they quit now.

Anyways - I was thinking about this last night. I think Nintendo will release yet another innovative console. Sony and Microsoft are going to try a little bit, but I'm guessing it's going to be gimmicky. Not trying to be fanboyish, that's just how I see it happening.

I think all the competitors know who their audience is, so Nintendo will split away.

But next-next gen consoles are not to be worried about. I reckon it'll be 6+ years before ps4/other name, and sony says ps3 has playability (Games go on it) for 10 years, and i can see why. I forsee many updates for ps3, i mean, when psp came it didd'nt even gave internet browser - now it's one of the largest elements!

I can't actually remember why exactly they were going to leave the Wii as it was. I don't remember where my brother got this info, I'll ask him later (he's good for news on consoles).

The Wii 2 Will come out with HD Graphic's or whatever and cooler feature's.

Something like similar to what you said, where you're running around and you think you're actually in the game. I heard it was being made but because of all the safety hazards it was a problem. But still, the chances of it happening is about the amount the console would cost to one :p

Oh i know what you mean i saw it in the simpsons once :P

like you put this huge helmet on and it got like glasses but it just where you look it and whatever you do you do in the game :P be awesome but like you said about saftey crap :eusa_wall

I would like to see a touch screen game... (maybe though) just with the touch screen you would be up lcose to your TV resulted in damaged eyes :rolleyes:

or if you have a pad, you touch it and the character moves in that direction.. bit like the ipod :)!

Yeah, make it so you just jog on the spot and the person jogs.. could be cool :)!! you should only have like glasses, otherwise people would think its gay!!

My hope for the next gen is that not all 3 consoles end up with Wiimotes. Yes, the Wii is fun, but if nobody's got a regular joypad I'm going to be annoyed.
