Snow Patch

The snow patch has not been a very good seller and now that it is becoming summer it is hardly wanted to be bought at all. I can see the snow patch definitly dropping to 1.0 as I have seen a couple of my mates offering 1.0 each for them and have managed to get a lot of them.

Blue Amber Lamp

The blue ambers have never been a good seller and they are hardly ever bought. I can see this rare being 3.25 and selling at 3.0, then 3.0 and thats where it struggles most. This is a very hard rare to sell and i can see it dropping quite a bit if habbo's don't like it more and more.

Bonnie's Pillow

The bonnie's pillow has enver been a good seller but it can often sell for 1.0. I can see it staying at 1.0 for a while because if anyone wants to buy a pillow they would buy this one because it the cheapest one. The other 3 normal rare pillows are 1.5 and 20CS and the super pillow 11T 2CS make this the cheapest pillow available.

All fans on the hotel are never liked and are hardly bought. But the summer fan is for.. well of course SUMMER lol. But because it does not sell i think it should be staying at 1.0CS.

The gold ice cream maker has been ok recently and should stay at its value. Buti think it should go up as it is coming summer and we enjoy ice creams. This rare should go up to 2.0 and then when it is summer
2.0-2.5CS.

The petal patch is probably the best rare for summer and is a great seller for its habbox value. I have seen it sell 4.9CS once which is right next to its value but i think this rare is going to be at least 5.0-6.0CS. It has always been sold very near its habbox value and rarely isn't. Now summer is just round the corner i can definitly see it raising as it is liked so much!!!
