Global warming - A real concern? or science mumbojumbo?

So what do you think? There was that programme on channel 4 sometime ago claiming that our CO2 emissions don't make a difference and therefore the earths temperature is rising naturally.

well with the amount of C02 emissions we have let off we can not change the next 25 years because that's already certain. we have to focus on cutting down to stop the effect's after these first 25 years.

Well i think it's getting over exaggerated, the problem is clearly there but my personal opinion is it's not as bad as we're told.

Yea They exaggerate it alot , Like in the dentist/doctor's they say this is bad when It's only a cut/bruise.

I think it's exaggerated, but I dont think it's a bad thing that it is either. Otherwise people would do nothing. We are causing it, and even we're not, we shouldnt be polluting the atmosphere anyway. Even if you dont believe in global warming, would finding a new energy source and being cleaner be such a bad thing?

I think they are just trying to just get us pay more tax making up the excuse its to save the planet :o
they claim it was a desert in the midlands 1000s of years ago so it got colder and now its getting warmer :s big deal.
Dont care if it is true i will be dead before it affects me.

Noone seems to think for themselves. The government tell us that we are ******* it all up but noone bothers to think that the government are wrong. There has been natural climate and temperature changes for millions of years. History has proved that beyond a doubt. And guess what, we are still here.

its definately been blown out of proportion. ;l it more often than not comes up in debates with regards to the future of our earth etc.
