Ok Im sorry for bringing yet another thread up about this lol.

Im 13 in 12 hours and want to start my teenage life healthy!

I weigh about 9 1/2 stone but I dont look fa due to be being tall lol , I dont no my exact height but im around 5ft 7ish lol

I have acess to a huge basketball net/stand in my garden , Bike , Big punchbag , Dog ;) Footballs etc.

Im also ging to start eating healthier but at the moment I have been having a few problems and been eating pointlessly cause of it , I also eat when im bored lol.

Thats about normal weight for a guy your age. Leave urself as u r. Should be as healthy as an olympic swimmer.

one suggestion would be not to let your Mum/Dad or Guardian buy you so many sweets/snacks which are unhealthy so that when you are bored you have to snack on something healthy ;)

Just to say theres some fresh bunches of bananas now in the kitchen :D .

Ive got to say I dont really have sweet to be honest lol

if your thinking of a going on a diet
look at the diet and what food you have to eat
and think
can i eat this for the rest of my life?

yeah, i dont think so


you dont need to go on a diet
just eat all the different food groups
